The Official Ricochet World Records Book

This "Records Book" is dedicated to the record holders of the games included below. The official rules of each game can be found in the book, "Ricochet and other Fun Games with an Odd Ball" by Chris Cavert. All games are played with a 7-nubbed rubber ball (is described in the book). Any addendum's to the book rules for record play will be included in the title box of each game below. Please send in your "Record" attempt using the Ricochet Record Form provided under the stipulations. (Or, Email Chris Cavert with your details if an attachment (e.g., picture) is needed.)
Record Submission Stipulations 
Please include the following in all record submissions: 
1) First name and first initial of the last name of all players in the game 
2) Name and email of a contact person from the game to answer any questions if needed 
3) The time and place of the game in question 
4) The length of time the game was played (important for tie-breakers)
5) Weather conditions and elevation (if notable) details 
5) The type of Span used for the game and whether the game was indoors or outdoors 
6) The name of someone who has witnessed the feat - for sol-R and one moRe (see details at each game).

one moRe
(Top 10 Spots Recorded in each Catch Bracket)  

To be considered for inclusion into the records site, your game of one moRe must be witnessed by an official one moRe judge. Judges are individuals who have participated in a game of one moRe with a group of players in the past and understand the rules of play, or have been trained in the rules of play by someone in the know (e.g., chris cavert or brian brolin). Official one moRe Rules are found in the book Ricochet and other Fun Games with an Odd Ball.)

All other stipulations (as noted above) must be met when submitting a record to the book. 

The following addendum's to the official rules must also be followed - all in good faith - to qualify for the Records Book. 

     Addendum 1.1: No more than 5 players can be added to a single game once it starts (there is no official minimum or maximum number of players for a game of one moRe). Players leaving the game for any reason must return within 5 minutes - if the return is after 5 minutes this player must be considered one of the 5 allowable players to enter the game once started. 

     Addendum 1.2: A single game submitted for the record book must be played within a two hour time limit. If a game started is suspended for more than five minutes, this said game is considered to be over.

Record order is based on 1) Number of R-balls caught, 2) Number of players, and 3) The time it took to make the record catch.
