Searching on YouTube for a noodle activity I found this one from Brian Lewis and his students. (Thanks for the effort Brian!) PERIMETER! (Click to go to the YouTube video.) If you have one of those big exercise spheres and some good wall space, give this one a go. Time it for team building efforts and call it fitness as the students work on their core muscles!!
Don't have good wall space? How about two lines of feet facing each other? (Can feet face?) Send the sphere down between the feet. Again, the longer the distance the better the workout.
